Obiekt kanałowy rysowany na wykresie za pomocą linii równoległych.

Kanał równoległy służy do wyznaczania zakresu ruchu ceny pomiędzy dwiema równoległymi krawędziami. Użytkownik wskazuje linię bazową i szerokość kanału, aby ocenić kierunek trendu, możliwe odbicia od granic oraz ewentualne wybicia. W materiale pokazano też praktykę rysowania kanału od punktu wejścia w kanał, a nie tylko między oczywistymi ekstremami.
